This article is for app users who created a profile using an email address.
If you are on your View Profile page, you may see the status "Unverified" and the Resend Verification link on the header just like the example below.
What does "Unverified" mean?
Unverified is a status showing that your email has not been verified on the app.
After you finished signing up, there were two emails sent to you. The first email is a Welcome message and the other is instructions to “Verify Your Email.” If you did not open the second email and followed the instruction in it, then your profile remains Unverified.
What does Resend Verification do?
If you tap the Resend Verification link, the app will send you a new email to "Verify Your Email". Open this message and follow the instruction.
- Click the link found in the email. It will open a browser.
- Tap the Verify button on the page.
Once you completed the above, the status of on your profile will change to Verified.
